Refund and Cancellation Policy
What you can get back, when, and how to ask.

1.Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the console, under Billing — it opens the Paddle customer portal, where cancelling takes one click. No email, no notice period, no retention call.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan rather than being deleted. Your projects, App IDs and usage history remain.
2.Refunds
- First payment — fully refundable within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. Tell us and we will process it.
- Renewals — not refundable. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid the charge; you keep the service you have already paid for either way.
- Partial periods — we do not pro-rate an unused part of a month you chose to leave early.
Two exceptions, in your favour. If we discontinue something you are paying for, or if we terminate your account for our own convenience, we refund the unused portion of your current period. And if a sustained fault on our side made the service unusable for you, tell us — we would rather refund it than argue about it.
3.How to request one
Email support@voxartc.com from the address on the account, with the invoice number if you have it. We reply within two business days.
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically settles within three to five business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
4.Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the account while it is investigated, and almost everything people raise them for is something we would simply have refunded.
5.Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply.
